I know that when a client comes to us to change their tyres, I have the duty to listen to them and find out their real needs. This means that I can then suggest the right tyre for the driving needs, (if they do a lot of short trips in town or if they have to drive a long way at a time, the type of tyre is not the same). The customers appreciate the time and care I give them, and I know from personal experience, this is a key factor in them coming back to us, time and time again. In fact, I know some of our customers by their first name!
China’s auto after-service market has tremendous potential. It is leading in EV adaption, live-streaming, and online marketing. While Point S is relatively new in China, we are confident that Point S will capitalize on this market and grow with it.
As a Business Development Manager working for Point S I have found it to be very rewarding. No day is the same. We have a wide variety of topics to cover with the members. The company is very proactive and constantly growing with a friendly and professional team, who are always on hand to help and give advice. Having been here for three and a half years, the time seems to have flown by with plenty of interesting projects worked on along the way.
